They fixed my ancient iPad that got corrupted and it’s been fine since. In fact, it updated itself last night, which it hasn’t done for years. Previously, I’d been updating only with help from the Mac. Apple iPad logic reset and updated.

There’s nothing worse than having an expensive piece of kit that doesn’t work, and repairs or solutions can be expensive. I had already tried NVRAM reboot and a few other fixes, all unsuccessful. I hadn’t used Appel before but for any future issues they will be my first point of call. Friendly, knowledgable and efficient service. My Mac had a free diagnostic so I knew exactly what I was paying for and if it was worth it! My logic board controller fault and software corruption was diagnosed and I was kept informed through-out you the process, the fault was corrected and my Mac works better now than it has for a while. I felt confident that my Mac was in good hands and they wouldn’t do anything more than was required and with my permission. I would highly recommend then. His knowledge and expertise were outstanding, and he quickly helped me find a solution to the issue I was having with my 11-year-old iMac.
